Life is Going nowhere? – Anonymous June 16, 2006

I don’t know where my life is actually going on. Yes, another article of rave reviews and sarcastic comments. BUT NO COMMENTS.
Time is good, only circumstances are bad. I have said that before, people are at their best only circumstances turn them bad. People are real source of inspiration, only illusions turn them off, and a bigger illusion called life. Over the years, I developed a philosophy of life. It is a Philosophy, which changed with events, people and circumstances and viewpoints. CHANGE IS ONLY CONSTANT. Deep in the heap of memories, I found some memories so close to my heart. Some of the memories are those which helped me to define what happiness actually is. (I will write them about, what was it to dance in the mud and get you dirty to the end)
No one can understand what life actually is. Apart from this incomprehension, here is a small piece of poetry I wrote just few minutes ago. I accept it is imagery.
Abandoned in the middle of the sea,
so lonely, far across the beach I see;
Strong winds take it one way,
turn down other with tides foray;
falling from the sour eye, like dry tear;
Far away, a small ship is going nowhere;
-Sandeep Chopra (You are free to use this anywhere)
MEANINGS
Foray : To attack with force, almost changing the direction of the hit upon object (here is ship)

My eyes looking for someone,
my soul searching for some thing;
finally gratify and relax,
in the lonely evening!
Smell of first drop of rain,
stir a wonderful sensation;
Bring back to me memories
of best days and mornings;
but finally, I find what I ever wanted,
in the lonely evening.
A friend and a feeling lost,
sitting in a dark room;
I found myself, dream, a light,
I rediscover solitude,
every lonely evening!
As the caravan of memories,
move up to a line;
One of them left behind,
come and rejoin again,
in the lonely evening;
Older and older I growing,
I have seen a youth whirling;
finally, I take him back and rejuvenate,
in the lonely evening!
Meaning used in this poem:
gratify : give satisfaction
stir: Evoke or call forth, with or as if by magic
caravan : A procession traveling together in single file
rejuvenate: Make younger or more youthful

( the picture above has nothing to do with the blog entry and by the way I assume this pic is in the public domain. In case you are the owner of this pic, you are most welcome to sue me, but tell me at least 2-3 days before hand so I can call up my lawyer. Quarrelling won’t take us any where, let us file some lawsuits )
Some couple of years back, I read somewhere in a magazine that mostly people turn to Internet when they are not satisfied with their real social life. How much it is true? I completely disagree with this.
A recent research claimed the same. Do people really turn to Internet life when they are not satisfied in the real world? Topic is sensitive, where it will take us to. What about me? No, but hey when I most busy with my personal real life I tend to forget my online identity. If somehow I become bore or alone I turn to Internet or my blog.
I have met many people on Internet and all of them (few exceptions) were bitten by the bug of loneliness. Who better can understand loneliness than me? Anyhow, Vikas Malkani (a prominent inspirer) stresses that time spent with yourself is not wasted. That is to say, time spent doing nothing is not actually wasted but help you know your emotions, desires, feelings and yourself better.
“The worst poverty in this world is loneliness” – Mother Teresa
I have seen people feeling lonely while standing amidst thousands of people. How poor that feeling is? I don’t want to know and I wish no one ever experience it.
That is the theme of my latest poem, “Lonely evenings… “. I don’t usually praise myself for my poems, but it is such a wonderful poem. I like it to read it again and again. Read it and let me know your opinion.
( Well, if you are really the owner of the above pic, I am sorry. Please don’t sue me, if you don’t like it, let me know, I will remove the pic immediately. Thanks )
