Latest News in just 2 Minutes - Breaking News by Times of India in 2 minutes
I have been watching this “special” “exclusive” newscast for almost half an hour, in which they are discussing the reactions, pitfalls, advantages & disadvantages, good points, bad points, consequences, effects and everything in between of this some most important report, but my friend it seems they are reluctant to share what this report is all about.
I am unable to make out about which report they are talking about. So, I switch off the TV and switch on the Laptop. I just log onto Times of India 2 Minute News and there you are the 1st item on the page.
I think this is the thing with the traditional media, lack of freedom & conciseness and ability to deliver what core & does matter in an instant.

I am upset. I am upset the way google launches its products. I am really upset with the “Invite” marketing gimmick. Why offer a half baked product to a selected privileged consumers, instead of offering the full fledged version to all. I think google has a big marketing department that thinks this is the only way to create hype.
It is publicity my dear. Good or bad, it is publicity.
First all, my predictions, Google wave will fail. It is too confusing for the common person who just wants to send a simple message and nothing else.
Now, I am a user of Orkut. No, really, I am. Only because all of my friends are at orkut. Facebook I think is much more sophisticated. Orkut is slow, dysfunctional and old. They are coming out with a new Orkut. I was waiting for it. And yeah, you need to be invited to use the new orkut. I am really upset.
And yeah Maruti is coming out with a new Car, you need to be invited to test drive it. And yes, our Pakore (snacks) wale uncle (snack maker) has new offering of new pakoras (snacks), hey again you need to be invited to taste them.Our City Muncipaplity has a new public tansport system launch in a few days time, guess what you need to be invited to try it out. I guess and I pray not all the organizations start doing this. (We have already seen commercialization of this, reportedly you can buy “Wave” & “Gmail” invites at eBay or other auction sites)
My message to google: Hey buddy I know you are pretty big organizationa and one consumer experience won’t ruin your repo. But for the sake of it, please, please stop making me feel inferior & “left out” by adopting “Invite only” policy. and yes this is the only reason I don’t use your Gmail system.

I was just thinking to move some of my “accessed over a year ago” files to windows live sky drive when I received this Yahoo Mail is Down funny assuring message.
Sometimes, I am too confused. Why upload “my” data to some other place, unknown to me, far far away “in someone else’s hands”?
And added disadvantages include ANYTIME DOWNTIME, like famous gmail crash.
I need to think seriously about it and we need to go a long way before we can say yes Cloud Computing is safer, faster & reliable.
Until then, stay stuck on “Sorry, you can’t access your mail and data!”

Poem
You dare to dream,
The gates of destiny will open;
Though you were defeated by chance,
We will try again hard;
This time, we will ram into,
Even more fast;
Because gates of destiny will open;
Do not feel lost n dejected,
Cause you have been defeated;
This time, we will get through,

- And last but not least, my blog without any latest posts.
Jokes apart, I am really serious about reviving this blog. But you already know my excuses that I was having holidays and when I am in college I complaint that I am too busy. Now, there is something special about being busy all of the time doing nothing, but sleeping and eating. But that is a different story altogether.
In my previous posts (which are months older) you people have seen my claim of having photographic memory coming down to ashes as I revealed that I have, um… forgotten my password. I said I am an idiot. I am happy that I forgot my password. Why I am happy? To support this fact read these two statements
- we should always create not-so-simple passwords
- I can remember only simple passwords
Now, if you don’t have an underdeveloped brain like me, you can judge that the password I created was really strong that is why I forgot it. Another implication is that, since the password is so strong nobody can easily break it.
Why did I put all my blog posts into one zip file and password protected it?
So simple, I did so that I can have access to all my posts from one location and I don’t have to hunt around to see where my each post is. I password protected it so that nobody can edit the content of my posts. Since when I come online what I do is blindly copy paste my post from MS Word to the online blog editor.
You have forgotten your password it means we will not get to read what you wrote in the holidays?
Wrong, you people will definitely get to read that posts since I have saved copy of each posts in my documents folder, this time without protecting them with passwords. Happy 
Now, you might think I am very poor at remembering my passwords so I usually create simple passwords. You are wrong. I create strong passwords. Since, I frequently open my blog account that password has got imprinted into my memory forever. But still you can pray to god that I don’t forget password of this blog, and you tend to get irregular dose of my blog posts.
Anyway, now I will go to restaurant and have one pizza. Oh I am falling short of money, first I will make a trip to my ATM then to restaurant. Wait a minute, what’s the password of my ATM card… oh I don’t remember… I will be back soon…

And august is my favorite month…
That’s all bumkum… august, if past is to be believed is the worst month of the year atleast for me. I always plan well in advance how this month is got to be… that’s where I am caught always wrong. The planning funda does not go well with me.
First I zipped my documents in a zip file and forgot the password, a few days ago I discovered that my computer is infected with a virus win32.jeefo.A making my claim that in 4 years I have never got a virus on my computer to poof!!!
Now, all of my word documents are infected with a virus. I have used all of my know how to repair the damage, but in vain. Watch I will be soon back with those post which I have created in the holidays. Just watch out for the tag holidays in the tag cloud.
This virus part was not enough to give me a headache, earlier this week when I joined the college I discovered that my college hasn’t adjusted the college fee from my hostel fee. Just in the morning I discovered my name doesn’t exist in the BBA students list. I talked to the admin which gave me little bit relief by saying that “it’ll be alright”.
So many tensions, my friends says I am a very tensed person. Me, and tensed are you joking? I make a big smile atleast showing four of my teeths and say, “No, I am not tensed” and remain quiet after which I start discussing my problem.
We have a holiday tommorow, and maybe we wil have a lot of fun… just stay in touch and I will let you know what’s happening and what’s not!!!

I am a big fool… you already know… I saved all of my blog entries which I wrote during holidays into one zip file and protected it with a password…
I am a fool because how come I can protect something which I am going to publish on the web so whole world can read it…
No. 2 I am fool because I have forgot the password… I am sitting in vain in front of my computer monitor making innumerable attempts at guessing the password… but I am exhausted… and so is my password guessing list… so just wait and watch….
